First Impression: Suicide jokes
Quote from the article: “an image of a horse and cart pulling her daughter’s coffin with the words ‘Happy Mother’s Day.’”
5 things I’ve learned:
5 integrative questions:
RIP trolling is a very sensitive issue that is subject to people who are fooling around during the time of the death of someone. As a moral person with a logical perspective, I’m a bit disappointed to hear that there are still someone out there who can do such evil things. Even more alarming is that these trolling are happening in the internet where people who do troll are miles away from the victim. I could not imagine how I would feel if some stranger did something scandalous during the time of mourning with a relative just for invalid reason. Based on what I’ve read, these acts of trolling does not even show any valuable reason that comes from the offender. Usually they are just bored and decides to troll someone. I really find it unethical to know that someone just want to ruin some people’s live just for fun. Getting into these social media sites for the family who have relatives far away from the deceased is done for a good purpose and I am sad about the issue of so much disrespect from some stranger. What makes it even more frustrating is that these strangers are is not recognized as a legitimate crime for their victim is a deceased person. I think that no matter what the case is, it is still wrong to let it pass easily for they have given a serious emotional distress amongst the family who just want some time to mourn for their loved ones who passed away.
